Heroes of the movie are the names of seven notes - Do, Re, Mi, etc. It happens in some European kingdom buffer where illicit fascists and capitalists. King dies, leaving no heir, and the most suitable candidate to the throne, Prince seems Prior (Anatoly Ktorov), mired in debt. But on the way to the capital Before falling into the river from the airplane, and when, miraculously survived, he gets - is that adopted him hairdresser Sol declared himself king. Initially, salt is lost, but his answers out of place quickly interpreted «a must», in the spirit of the political situation.
