“药学专业英语”是药学类专业本科生和硕士研究生的必修课程。《药学专业英语》是根据青岛科技大学校内多年试用的讲义编写而成，所有内容均参考原版外文书籍和文献，在章节内容取舍和安排上强调药学专业英语的特色和表达方式，使之更符合药学专业特点。全书共参考改编原版药学类专业文章29篇，按照内容特点分为6个单元，涵盖药理学、药剂学、药物化学（包括药物合成和天然药物化学）、药物分析等4大药学专业，另外还增加了药品说明书阅读和写作以及药品营销的内容，每单元又根据文章难易程度分为三个层次（以“*”区分），对应本科生、硕士研究生等不同英语及专业学习水平，部分课后附有专业词汇及词组、重点句子注释和作业，便于教师根据专业特点及学生实际英语水平授课以及学生自学时使用。
《药学专业英语》可作为药学类专业本科生和硕士研究生专业英语教材，也可供药学专业技术人员、科研人员，以及药品管理和销售人员参考使用。
