侯长林（1963—），男，苗族，贵州铜仁人，西南大学教育学博士，华中科技大学法学博士，三级教授，硕士研究生导师，国务院特殊津贴专家，贵州省高校哲学社会科学（教育学）学术带头人，贵州省作家协会会员。现任铜仁学院校长。主要研究方向为文化哲学和高等教育学，发表学术论文近百篇、文艺作品60余篇，出版学术著作及文学作品集14部，主持国家骨干高职院校建设项目、教育部”荣达教育资助基金”项目、贵州省优秀科技教育人才省长资金项目等国家及省部级课题多项，其中有9项科研成果获全国教育科学研究优秀成果奖、全国学校共青团优秀研究成果、贵州省哲学社会科学优秀成果奖、贵州省教育科学研究优秀成果奖等省、市政府奖，文学作品集《即将辞去的旧楼》获2015年乌江文学奖。
