何肖朗、林芳主编的《新世纪英语新闻阅读(第3册)》是高等院校英语报刊阅读教材。教材共分6个部分20个单元，每个单元由Text A和Text B构成。其中，Text A选编主要来自英文报刊2009年至2011年间的热点新闻，世界政治、经济、文化、环境生态、教育、卫生、科技等诸方面的新闻，体现当今世界和平、合作、改革与发展的主题。Text B主要介绍英语报刊方面的基础知识。
