SCOT McCAULEY is a retired Vice Admiral in the US Navy.During his illustrious career, he served in Vietnam as commanding officer of a river assault squadron, engaging in numerous combat operations, commanded a cruiser-destroyer group in the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea, and eventually assumed command of all naval surface ships in the Atlantic.
